Terms of service.

Access to the Register is licensed to the subscribing individual or organization for internal research and analysis. Redistribution of bulk data, resale, or use to build a competing dataset requires a separate agreement.

The Register is provided as is. We work to keep records accurate and current, but public filings contain errors and omissions and we cannot guarantee completeness. Subscribers are responsible for verifying figures against original filings before relying on them.

Subscriptions renew on their stated term and may be cancelled with notice as described in the order form.
